Earth Day is a chance to have a neighborhood cleanup or plant a tree, educate kids about the importance of recycling and conserving resources, and think about energy-saving technology for automobiles. It's also a day to consider the place of food in a greener world.
So in honor of Earth Day, we've launched our Food Safety & Sustainability Guide, where you can learn about important issues, such as BPA in canned foods, shopping organic, deciphering eco-labels, and arsenic in rice and juice. You can also consult our guide to "eat green" in honor of Earth Day, and be a more conscientious food shopper at the supermarket.
