Gas prices are mixed around the country this week with decreases on the west and increases in other areas. The national gasoline average is up about three cents from this time last week and 21 cents down from a year ago. Premium gas is $3.57, up about two cents over last week. Diesel fuel is about 15 cents lower than this time last year.
